The movie is to be directed by Diane English. It’s an adaptation of the Jong’s controversial 1973 novel. The protagonist, Isadora Wing, in the novel is an unpublished poet, who, on a trip to Vienna with her second husband, decides to indulge her sexual fantasies with another man. 
The book tells the story of a woman who felt stuck in an unfulfilled marriage. It has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide. It became controversial for its attitudes towards female sexuality, a subject that was explosive for its times. Diane English divulged the fact that Kate is the only actress reading the script now. She wants Kate to do the film.
